Refund & Return Policy

ALIVE Garden is a nonprofit organization. We do not operate as a retail store, and we do not sell goods in the traditional sense.

Donations

All donations made to ALIVE Garden are final and non-refundable.

By completing a donation on our website, you acknowledge that your contribution is voluntary and made in support of our nonprofit mission. Donations do not constitute the purchase of goods or services.

If you believe a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount or a duplicate transaction), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Programs, Workshops, and Experiences

Payments made for workshops, programs, events, or experiences are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the specific event page.

If ALIVE Garden cancels an event or program, participants may be offered:

  • a rescheduled date, or

  • a credit toward a future program

Refunds will only be issued if explicitly stated by ALIVE Garden.

Gift Cards (if applicable)

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Physical Items (if ever offered)

If ALIVE Garden offers physical items in the future, return eligibility (if any) will be clearly stated on the specific product page. At this time, ALIVE Garden does not accept returns or exchanges.

European Union Notice

As ALIVE Garden operates as a nonprofit accepting donations, standard consumer “cooling-off” periods related to retail purchases do not apply to donations.

If you are located in the European Union and believe a payment was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will review the request.
